I come from a diverse international background having been raised in four different countries on four different continents: Sweden, Brazil, USA (Oregon), and Japan. In my youth I was fortunate to vacation in the Hawaiian Islands, and I was captivated by Maui from the
very first visit.
After finishing high school in Japan, I moved to Maui for a year to pursue my windsurfing dreams. I then traveled back and forth for several years between Sweden, my original home, and Maui while completing my Engineering degree at Chalmers University of Technology.
Maui never left my mind. I was eventually drawn back to the island, and I got involved with high-end custom homes. After being in the custom homes industry for several years, I transitioned into real estate. My experience in the luxury construction industry is unique among
realtors. It is an asset that can help determine the true value of a home. I can point out fine craftsmanship, re-design potential, floor plan options, and the advantages and disadvantages of each home. It has also given me knowledge and hands on experience in many of Maui’s finest homes and
neighborhoods. I hope to assist you in finding yours!
When I’m not selling real estate, I now try to do as much surfing as I can. Living on Maui also gives me access to some outstanding golf courses. Even though the captivating game sometimes causes more frustration than joy, I am thankful to be able to golf year around on Maui.
